I have also created a SPEC file for FC4, RHEL 4, CENTOS 4. Download the SRPM kernel-2.6.11-1.1226_FC4.src.rpm
You can rebuild the SRPM with a command like:

rpmbuild -vv -ba --target=`arch` kernel-2.6.spec
